Iron man Elliptical Machine Review

Ironman elliptical machines are relatively new, but they have obviously done their homework about what makes a good machine. They are well-built and durable, with good motion and very little noise.

One of the biggest differences between Ironman and many other brands is in the quality of the assembly instructions. The instructions from Ironman are far better than most other brands, with everything explained clearly and all the parts well labeled.

The stride length and pedal spacing are perfect for me with the Ironman elliptical. This is one area that I've found some machines a little uncomfortable, so this is an important factor.

This elliptical includes built-in software that will track your fitness progress, monitoring both your body-fat percentage and your BMI. It also has a good selection of pre-programmed modes, including:

• 12 preset programs

• 4 heart rate control programs

• 1 custom program

• 1 watt control program

• 1 pulse recovery program

One of the Ironman elliptical's strength is its sturdy design. This also leads to one of the only drawbacks; however - you can't fold it up for storage. If you don't have enough room to leave it set up all the time, this may not be the right choice for you. But if you're looking for a solid, well-built elliptical with an excellent range of presets, the Ironman is ideal.
